Pop-up text when hovering over a link?

  I’ve seen this in many places on the web, most recently on raincoaster’s blog. It’s where you get nice little descriptive pop-ups when you hover over a link. Is this possible on my wordpress.com blog? If so, can it be done with text other than in a link? I can imagine many, many uses for such a feature.

  When you go to make the link in the visual editor, that text for the popup would go in the “title” field, of if you code by hand it would look like this
  `text to use as link‘

  Oops, used an apostrophe on the end

  <a href="URL of link" title="text for popup">text to use as link</a>

  Thanks TSP! Is it possible to make a “fake” link just for the pop-up text?

  You could put in a link to the page that the person was on in your blog. I wouldn’t “fake” a link since search engines do not like broken links.
