  A pop-up has started appearing at the bottom right hand corner of the screen when I’m typing a post saying something like howdy, we’d like to help at WordPress. Is that really you or do I have a sophisticated spammer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The pop-up popped up again.

  It says Howdy, how can we help. Questions about WordPress,com. We’d love to chat.

  A few minutes later it said, chatting now.
