  I was wondering if it would be possible to make a pop-up window that asks people to follow you by e-mail on your website.

  If so, how can you add this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is not posible on WordPress.com
  But you don’t need it. You have the follow blog widget for that:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/

  And for what it’s worth, nothing makes me close a site so quickly as annoying pop-ups pestering me to follow while preventing me from actually reading the content. If your content is good enough, people will search for a way to follow the blog. My unsolicited opinion :)
