  Hi there, depending on where you are trying to set up your mail app (mobile or desktop) this info can be found in the guides from Titan Email here:

  • up Professional Email (Titan) on Android.
  • Set up Professional Email (Titan) on iOS.
  • Set up Professional Email (Titan) on third-party mail apps that support IMAP (Desktop email apps such as Apple Mail.)
