popoup window on front page before browsing

I just purchased WordPress Premium, and am now creating a website using the themes provided by you. When the front page is loaded, I want to popup a disclaimer window so that by clicking the relevant button on the popup window people who accept the disclaimer can proceed with browsing my website, while others will to forced to exit.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no feature like this built into WordPress.com. For something like this you would need to use a plugin to add that functionality, and that requires the Business Plan.

If you need a full age gateway to your site, the solution that @kokkieh mentioned is the only option.
Otherwise, you could set a static front page as your site’s homepage with the appropriate text concerning the content of your site and then add a link button for visitors to click to proceed to the rest of the site. In this scenario there is no backend function to verify that visitors are over a certain age and the like.
Another option might be to set up a “membership” -type site, where you use a public site/landing page to advertise and invite your site visitors to a second, invite-only Private site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/tutorials/build-a-membership-website-tutorial/ Here again, there is no backend function to verify the information.
These are the methods I know of if you do not have the Business plan. If you can give us more information on what it is you are trying to accomplish, maybe we can suggest something else.
In any event the contents of a public site on WordPress.com are crawled and indexed by search engines. I do not know if there is a plugin or method that can prevent that under the Business plan.
