  Is there any plugin or any way to add a Slider that shows Popular Posts automatically?

  These are the 75 themes https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/post-slider/ that have Featured post sliders for featured images and featured content.

  No that’s not a feature here at WordPress.COM.

  If you are reading anything that makes you think that bloggers can install plugins, custom themes or third party themes on sites hosted by wordpress.COM, then you are mistaken/misinformed. We have never had that ability. You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability is provided on wordpress.COM hosted sites for security and stability reasons.
