Popular Tags in Text Widget

  Is there a way to use a text widget to display a blog’s most popular tags? Similar to most popular posts of course but listing maybe the top 10 tags used?

  Not really. Only way to do what you’re thinking of is to copy in the HTML for those ten categories. The text widget can only display static html anyway.
