Popup doesn’t work on mobile

  Hi
  My popup works great on desktop, but when I view my website from my phone the popup is hidden, and only a portion of it appears on the top of the webpage. I have this same issue using inspector in chrome and switching to a phone view. I’m in wordpress and i inserted my code using header footer builder. Help?
