Popup Drawer not functioning on Mobile

  Hello all. I am having issues with the drawer menu when viewing my site on mobile. When the site is loaded and no scroll down occurs, the menu comes up as blank. When i load the site and scroll down briefly, then attempt to open the menu, it works. I believe it’s an issue with sizing when it comes to header/logo. Happened before and can’t remember how I fixed this. Any suggestions on how to fix?
