  Have tried over and over to get the popup form to pop up on my Subscribe page. It will not appear there…or anywhere now. I went to signup forms, designed the popup, copied the code, went back to my site to widgets, added the mailchimp widget, copied the code and set the visibility to page-subscribe…..and nothing. Frustration….level defcon4
