popup inside of a popup not working

    i have a popup that works fine on home page as a standalone and using ver 5.5.3, it worked inside another popup and a different page but when i update wp to ver 5.6, i no longer works inside the other popup. when i roll back to 5.5.3, it works again.

    i have done as much debugging and troubleshooting as i know how to do including disabling all plugins etc. but this issue continues. my thinking is the issue is with wordpress ver 5.6 and maybe i will have to totally rebuild the popup with a different plugin, use a substitute 3rd party plugin or…??? any and all suggestions welcome…

    i do have screen grabs but i don’t think can post them in this forum…
