Popup makers not working

  Hey there, I have created a popup on my website immediately you go on it and another on my subscription page. However they seem to work for some people and not some people which is very confusing. Basically I dont get emails to confirm subscription and neither do people who come to subscribe. I have lost over 30 subs due to this and with me being a beginner this is very disconcerting.
