  hi

  ha anyone been able to have a popup message come on once a user has accessed their site after 3 seconds for example?

  its a pop up message for an social event.

  That is not possible on a wordpress.COM hosted site.

  We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javscript, not form codes, or iframes from unsupported sources or third party advertising codes can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.
