Popup when using editing area

    I keep getting the following popup when I go to the editing area for my website using Safari on a Mac:

    “The website “https://wordpress.com” is requesting 10 MB of disk space to store “calypso” as a database on your disk. Currently, this website is allowed to use 5 MB of disk space.”

    Do I have to allow it to use 10 MB of disk space on my disk? What are my alternatives if any?
