Popup widget/plugin for email subscription

  Hi There,
  Is there a way to use the popup plugin for email subscritions – specifically I’m interested in integrating Launch Effect to integrate mailchimp with my wordpress.com account.

  No spammy popups here at WordPress.com, but you can integrate Mailchimp if you want.
