  I was doing some reading on popurls and found the topic to be practical and very helpful. I am not sure how to download the format of PopUrls as is talked about at this site, http://pophub.com/about-popurls . Does anyone have any experience with popurls and how do I go about signing up for and receiving this tool? Please give me your input and biases.

  It’s just a website. You can put it in your blogroll if you like and check it out whenever you want. I don’t see any instructions at the site at all. It doesn’t appear to be a tool; it’s just a bookmarking site like Fark, and the editors there appear to choose which websites they feature.
