To recap, you recently paid for a Premium bundle on 3/5/15. Your domain (anacarvajalurtiaga.com), however, is still expired. This is because the domain expired back on 1/10/15 (59 days ago). Domain expiration is a bit of a lengthy and complicated process. At this point, it may be possible to renew the domain, but you would be charged a late fee by the registrar of $80 to do so. This is why the purchase of the Premium bundle did not renew the domain.
To recover the domain now, the total charge would be $98 ($80 late fee + $18 for regular registration).
There are a few options going forward:
1. I can refund the Premium bundle to your account. Then, we can apply those funds to renew the domain.
2. I can keep the Premium bundle on your account. You would need to pay an additional $80 for the late fee (the $18 for the domain is included in the price of the Premium bundle).
3. We can cancel the domain anacarvajalurtiaga.com from your account and you can use the Premium bundle to register a new domain.
4. We can cancel everything from your account. I would also refund the Premium bundle.

Hola! Muchas gracias por responder!!! Mira me gustaría recuperar el dominio anacarvajalurtiaga.com pero no entiendo por qué tendría que pagar 80 euros para ello, yo solamente estaba pagando el dominio que eran 11 euros me parece, una cosa es que quiera hacerle mejoras y pague por un plan premium y otra cosa es que tenga que pagar 80 euros por mantener el dominio, eso me parece fatal. Por supuesto quisiera mantener el dominio pero si me costase lo que cuesta un dominio: 11 euros (si le hiciera mejoras premium serían posteriores)
En el caso de que tuviera que pagar esa enorme cantidad de dinero (yo no sé por qué) entonces preferiría perder el dominio anacarvajalurtiaga.com, perder la cuenta y que me devolvierais el dinero del plan premium.De cualquier manera pienso tener un dominio con ese nombre y aplicarle un plan premium, pero si el dominio me cuesta 80 euros prefiero empezar de nuevo. No entiendo que un dominio pueda valer esa cantidad.

I went ahead and refunded the $99 charge for the Premium bundle and removed the bundle from your account. We have to options now going forward:
1. Renew the domain anacarvajalurtiaga.com for the cost of $98 ($80 + $18 for registration).
2. We can wait for the domain to fully expire (takes a total of around 90 days) and become available for regular renewal ($18). Please note, in this case, someone else may register the domain before it becomes available again for purchase meaning you would lose the domain.

First, the charge for the Premium bundle has been refunded. You should see the €99.00 returned to your account within the next 2-3 business days. Please let me know if you do not see that refund.
Second, just to reiterate regarding the domain, this is a charged imposed upon WordPress.com by the registrar, not one we’re creating. This charge is added to the cost of the domain renewal after the domain has been expired for a few weeks or more. If you’re curious, you can read more about this fee here:
As I mentioned previously, if you decide you don’t want to renew the domain for $98, it will eventually expire and become available again for regular registration ($18). However, this process can take upwards of 30-40 more days, and someone else may register it before you meaning you would lose the domain.

Hola, sí ya sé que podría perder el dominio, pero en cualquier caso no entiendo que me OBLIGUÉIS a coger el dominio cuando y como vosotros queráis. Dejadme un respiro, que no sé aún si voy a coger ese u otro dominio, porque estoy aprendiendo a hacer páginas web de wordpress para hacerlas para la calle y me gustaría hacérmela a mí la primera, pero desconozco cuándo estaré lista para hacerlas, porque tengo actualmente una depresión (que es lo que me llevó al Hospital, y por eso perdí el blog) que me impide trabajar, no puedo hacer casi nada. Naturalmente que haré mi página, espero que pronto, con WordPress, pero no puedo si me atosigáis, ya la haré, no os preocupéis y si pierdo el dominio qué se le va a hacer, pero ahora mismo no doy más de mí misma, ya es bastante poder estar enviando mails.

Just to be clear, you aren’t required to renew the domain. How about we move forward with these steps:
1. We let the domain name expire. I switched the primary domain on your account back to anacarvajalurtiaga.wordpress.com here:
https://anacarvajalurtiaga.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
That way, your site will still work.
2. After 80-90 days past the date of expiration (1/10/15), the domain will be returned to the registrar.
3. Unless someone else registers the domain, it should become available again for normal registration ($18) in mid-April (Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee this, but that’s the normal process).
How does that sound? The major warning is that if someone else does purchase the domain, you would not be able to register it again in the future. Does that make sense?
