Porblem with sidebar widges

  I switched to the Digg 3 template. Looking at my widgets, it says column 2 has no widgets however, there are widgets in column 2 and some are duplicates of the ones in column 1. How do I resolve this?

  I added a widget to sidebar #2 and the duplicate widgets on that sidebar went away.
