porn ad on my Christian themed blog!!!

    I want to know WHY and HOW a porn ad has appeared under my post entitled, ‘Amidst A Hostile World!???’
    Please PLEASE REMOVE IT AT ONCE! Can someone tell me how to do this?

    I read the “no ads” section and it says the following about porn ads:

    “We screen the ads we display for mature or illegal content.”

    Well then…what do you do after such “screening?” Do you ELIMINATE them? You should!

    Occasionally I have gone to my site while not signed in and most of the ads have not been dirty like this one. Makes me think that your “generated by our advertising software” needs to be screened, AND ELIMINATED, for porn content.

    I’m SO DISAPPOINTED in WordPress today. Shame on you people!!!

    I’ve made an adjustment on my end, could you let me know if you’re still seeing ads on your site?

    If you still see them, there should be a report this ad option. Please use that link, this way we can get more information about the ad internally to try and track it down.

    Hello lizkarkoski,

    Thank you for making the adjustment. The ad turned into a JetBlue ad the next time I checked it. I’m wondering if this has happened before on my site? I’m really disappointed about this!

    There was no “report this ad” option when the porn ad was on there. When the JetBlue one appeared, the “report this ad” was there.

    All that I remember about the ad was there were two photos. The top one had a naked man and woman in bed and underneath it read something like, “how to get rock hard.” The second photo was of a naked man with the same phrase under it. Hope that helps you to track it down.

    @christinewjc I’m sorry to hear that. All of our ads have a report button, so I’m wondering if your browser has some malware. As awkward as it sounds, if you can take a screenshot next time it happens, and upload it to your media library, we’ll see if we can figure out the source.
