  Hello WordPress Team,

  please HELP me, we have daily PORNO Spam on our nice side on wordpress. I don´t want to ask a forum – I need concrete help!

  I do not see any sites under your @bgrueninger WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  This is the support contact for WordPress.com sites, we do not have an alternate method that I can provide.

  What is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system? I do not see any sites under your account when I look here: https://wordpress.com/sites
