Pornographic Links thru an "LIke" on my blog
-
This morning someone “liked” my post http://mt1820today.wordpress.com/2012/06/03/dr-stanley-toussaint-differing-on-the-doubtful/ – Following the Gravatar of this “Like”, it looks like this was only done to promote a pornographic website. I would really like to know how I could revove this “Like” because I don’t want people to get to such sites thru my christian theology blog or even think that I do promote such things. If it is not possible that I remove this “Like”, I hereby respectfully ask the wordpress team to remove it. Thank you so much.

Everyone whined about getting “likes” on their sites, and having it show who liked posts and stuff, and this was one of the things I knew would eventually happen. It’s a pity.
I’ll tag this for staff attention and hopefully they will remove it for you. There is no way for bloggers to remove them though. Staff will have to do it.

It’s possible, since you recognize this was done ONLY for spam purposes, to report WordPress.com blogs for spam. Go to the blog and under the blog name in the admin bar there’s a drop-down that includes Report Spam. Just report the spam Like and suggest that “mature” blogs have nofollow Likes.
