pornography spammers

  I have recently had a few ‘followers’ who I feel are basically spammers or scammers. I remove them from my follower’s list but then they seem to return with a different name but the same message which appears to be trying to sell sex.

  Is there any way of reporting these or do I simply have to simply remove them and hope they get tired?
