Port email through xm

    I used to have a website, but my business shut down due to covid. I somehow ported an email through yall, but I am unable to access it since the domain is down. I need the xm ported to google so I can still use my email address.
    I need asssitance ASAP. I pay rent with this email, and I cannot access that information until I get my email bacl

    Hi there,

    For what domain is this? To have a custom email, you need a custom domain, and you’ve never owned any domain upgrades with us under the account you’re using to post here.

    I’m also not sure what you’re referring to by “xm”. Do you perhaps mean the MX records in the DNS? That needs to be adjusted wherever your domain is currently hosted.
