Port template not working properly

  I have followed instructions to the letter, but i can not seem to understand why Port template refuses to work as it should, while i am on the customisation board all seems to be perfect but when i tray to see the site via site view or on any other pc the site misses the portafolio and featured content areas they just not show please help

  Thanks, I have followed all that info to the letter, Still don´t know why sections are not appearing but in the customize view, weird no?
