Port theme issue

  I downloaded the Port theme to my website and am having an issue. My issue is that the portfolio animation that ces with the theme will only work when I am signed in to my WordPress.com account. As soon as I sign out neither myself or anyone who visits the site can see the animation. The animation provides a hover effect over the images that blurs the picture and reveals a small white bordered rectangle in which you can input text for the title of each portfolio. I have spoken with a Theme Trust attendant and he told me to speak with WordPress.com. Again the animation I want only works when I am signed in to my WordPress.com account and stops working as soon as I sign out. I also viewed the demo for the theme both signed in and signed out and still have this issue.

  I have already reviewed all of the links you have sent me multiple times and have been through the theme forum already. The gentleman I spoke with told me to ask someone at WordPress.com what the issue might be.

  We Volunteers on these support forums do not have access to premium themes but those who purchase them can get support directly from their theme’s design in the premium theme support forum. If you were told to post here there then all I can do is tag in thread for Themes Staff attention and that is what I have done.
