Port theme – no featured content in menu

Hello,
I have a wordpress site (using the Port theme) and I wanted to add a featured content area on my home page.
I read on several forums that I need to go to Appearence > Customize> Featured Content. The problem is that this kind of window doesn’t show at all in my customize menu.
What could be the problem? Anyone has an idea?
