I am trying to display only pictures with a link embedded within the pictures and text below.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No. I deleted it in favor to a portfolio site http://www.linksbulletinboard.wordpress.com. In this site I have settled everthing except the color text in particular in the heading, but it is he same color in other part of the website.. ref. http://www.moneymademagic.com

It is the only topic. When I cancelled and redid my blog in a different name as a portfolio, it all fell into place. My webmaster has connected http://www.moneymademagic.com to my link bulletin board not. that issue is gone

I mean “forum topic” (aka “forum thread”). WordPress.com uses the word “topic” in the forums to mean “thread.” If the “color and text” thread is dealing with the color issue you mention here in this thread, and since the site referred to in this thread has been deleted, then it would be best to address the issue there, and close this thread.

Okay, perhaps I misunderstood. I thought you might be referring to the site https://lbbmarketing.wordpress.com/ addressed in your “color and text” thread.
The site https://linksbulletinboard.wordpress.com/ has the AltoFocus theme applied. See the AltoFocus theme guide. On AltoFocus, the free options for changing text color are limited to the palette options available at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds. There are seven palette options: the default option and six additional options.
If what you are trying to achieve can’t be accomplished with those limited options, then you’ll need to use Custom CSS instead, which is available only on a site with either the Premium or Business plan upgrade added.

Correction:
In addition to the seven palette options I mentioned, you may also use the “Manual” option to find additional combinations of background and text color. To select a palette combination manually, at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds > Background, click the “Manual” button, and then select from the colors that appear below, where is says “These are colors that work well with the other colors in your palette.” See also the note below those color options that says, “You can also pick your own color.”

The easiest way to access what I want is http://www.moneymademagic.com
That URL redirects to https://linksbulletinboard.wordpress.com/, which is the site I’m referring to in my previous two posts here.

If you want to change text color independently of background color, then you’ll need Custom CSS. Do you have CSS customization capability on the site?
-
I have done that. It don’t cover text. It only covers background, that’s how I got the red. I want the text in black and I can’t do it. It won’t let me

I have no idea where it would be, if I had one
If you don’t have either the Premium or the Business plan upgrades on that site, then you won’t have Custom CSS, so there’s no reason to look for it. However, if you want to change text color independently of background color then Custom CSS is required, AND that feature is only available on the two plans I’ve mentioned. I’ve provided a link to the Custom CSS support page twice in previous posts in this thread, so I didn’t do so in this post.

Hi –
moneymademagic.com is not connected to WordPress.com in any way. Is this the site where you need to change the text color?
-
Its connected to http://www.linksbulletinboard.wordpress.com and I cannot get any color on it
