Portfolio content as landing page

  Is there a way to make the Portfolio content the main content/landing page of the blog?

  Yes :-)

  1. Add the following Portfolio shortcode to a page.
  [portfolio]

  2. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading screen

  3. Set Front page displays to A static page (select below)

  4. Set Front page: to the page in the step#1

  5. Set Posts page:to your posts page.

  6. Hit Save Changes button at the end of the page.

  Please try these steps and let me know how it goes.
