Portfolio grid laypout issue

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi, I’ve used the POFO wordpress theme for my portfolio website. I’ve used a grid layout to showcase the projects but on first load, the grid is off. Instead of placing 3 projects in a row, the projects are placed one below the other with wide space inbetween. However, when i refresh the link the grid works fine. Any idea why the issue is there on first load and how can it be fixed?

  • Hi,

I’m afraid that your theme was not created by WordPress.com, and your site is also not using our services, so we can’t really help here, on these forums.

This is a common confusion, so let me explain: there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this page:

    https://wordpress.com/go/website-building/wordpress-com-vs-wordpress-org/.

Now for help with your issue, you can ask at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, or contact the theme developers.

    I hope that helps :)
