  There are three options:
  1.Default With Slider
  2.Case Study or
  3.Gallery
  I usually use the ‘Case Study’ at my portfolio layout, since the latest update it is available, but does not work …

  Your site is hosted on One.com, not on WordPress.com, so you will probably find more help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
