Portfolio page posts gone when sidebar done on another page

  Hi,

  I spent hours getting all my portfolio page posts looking great, then when I installed a contact details widget in the sidebar of my contact page – the widget appeared on my portfolio page as well and all my projects disappeared!!
  The portfolio posts are still there but I can’t get them back on the portfolio page, even when I remove the widget & sidebar from the contact page. The portfolio page is still set as a portfolio (not a sidebar page). This happened just as I was launching the page to my boss.. how embarrasing… help?
