Portfolio Question

Hi! I’ve been working with portfolios on the website I edit for work–for some reason, some of the images in the portfolios have text overtop of them when I post. How do I remove this text? It’s using the first few words of the description in the post, but I did not set it to do that so I don’t know how to turn it off, and I’m not sure why it only does it for some images and not others.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

I don’t seem to find a portfolio on your site ramblingsofacomicmaven.wordpress.com. Can you please let me know the address of the site you’re referring to so I can have a look and further assist you?

Hi! Thanks for your help. This is actually for the company I work for’s website, specifically this page: http://actionlabcomics.com/shop-comics/

  • Oh! This site isn’t here on our servers (more info here). We can’t see the admin end of things, but you might look at what’s different on the ones that do overlap.

I’d also recommend checking with your theme author / theme support as they’re likely to understand what the overlapping text is supposed to be.

For future help with your WordPress installation, you’ll want to use the forums for self-hosted sites:

    Cheers!
