portfolio setup for WP Jetpack custom post portfolio projects
-
Hi,
I am using the Sketch theme but wish to continue with theme-independent portfolio items. The problem is formatting those. I have tried a few private pages using shortcode from the forum, such as: [portfolio display_types=true display_tags=true include_type=MyTag columns=3 showposts=12 orderby=desc]But it looks off; the font is like 28 point, among other issues. How can I adjust the font (size and type), add dates of publication, etc. Any help with simple shortcode, or a good plugin, that wouldn’t have to be adjusted every time WP upgrades, would be appreciated. (I have tried getting help from the ‘Sketch’ people, but they can’t help with the WPJetpack portfolios. Thank you, ES

This is wordpress.com support where we do not provide support for any sites that are not hosted here. We do not provide wordpress.G software support Jetpack support.
That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it, and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/Also, note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums. Please direct Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
