Portfolio Shortcode

  Hello
  wish to display a single Portfolio-Post Entry (entire contents not just the featured image and excerp) on a Page, preferably using a shortcode.

  I see there are shortcodes to display Posts but there does not appear to be an equivalent for PORTFOLIOs?

  Portfolio short code
  [portfolio display_types=true display_tags=false columns=1 showposts=1]

  I have added all these individual variations within the shortcode but to no avail

  id=’x’
  etc

  Help would be greatly appreciated

  Hi there,

  You can find instructions on the Portfolio shortcode here:

  Portfolio Shortcode

  To show only a single project, assign that project a unique type or tag and use that attribute in the shortcode to target it.

  However, if you want only the project to display, i.e. no other content on the page, it would be much simpler to just add the project directly to a custom menu instead. Individual posts and projects can be added to menus, just like pages.
