portfolio shortcodes

  Hi guys/girls,

  I want to make a portfolio as a frontage (theme: sketch), but I can’t figure it out. I’ve read about the short codes section and attributes.

  my ? is…..where should I places these codes, in which field/part/menu or do I need to upgrade to css ?

  Hi there. Create a page, don’t add any content to it, and in the Page Attributes module select the portfolio template and publish the page. Create another page, also without content and using the regular template, and call it Posts or Blog or whatever you want your posts page to be called.

  Then you go to Settings ->Reading. Select the option that says to use a static front page and select the portfolio page you just created as your home page and the second page you created as your posts page.
