Portfolio site

    I´m a new user of WordPress and I have a problem. I have graduated for interior designer (I am from Finland) and I would like to create a portfolio. I have some works I would like to ‘share’ to people. Well, I read step-by-step instructions about how to create a porfolio site and I failed it, totally! I really need your help… I have decided to put my portfolio types + featured images for very first page of my site (you know, that site which open first). I am using theme named Sketch (I really like its visually view). And the best way, as designer, is when reader/client click the featured photo of project they can read and know more about project! Okay, that is my problem, I really really hope that you could send me more (detailed) instructions… Thank you!
