Portfolio Tag Cloud

I know how to create a widget for a tag cloud and have done so – it shows the tags I’ve put on my blog posts. But I want a tag cloud for my portfolio, which is completely different. I know how to create tags within a Portfolio post, but I don’t know how to offer a Portfolio Tag list or cloud.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The theme that you are using for your site evoknits.wordpress.com is ‘Snaps‘. Snaps is a portfolio theme designed to showcase different artwork. It provides you to add a ‘tag cloud’ widget in the footer area.
You can manage the widgets in Customizer → Widgets., refer to : https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tag-cloud-widget/

Hey there,
The Tag Cloud widget will only display tags from posts unless you have a Business Plan. If you upgrade to a Business Plan, the widget should then allow you to select the “Project Tag” taxonomy which will allow you to create a cloud displaying those portfolio project tags.
