  Portfolio instead of sending me to the portfolio comes up with the 404 error.
  Disabling and re-enabling as instructed has no effect.

  Instead of being sent of https://www.yourwebsite/portfolio/ it goes to
  https://www.yourwebsite/portfolio/?post_type=jetpack-portfolio

  Any suggestions?

  Hey there, can you check in with Jetpack’s support for this?

  These forums are for the sites that use our free-tier hosting, and our themes all include native Jetpack support. I’m guessing there are a few extra steps to creating the portfolio page there, but I’m not positive.

  Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

  You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.
