position of Comments box on page

  Is there a way to have the Add Comment box above the approved comments from students? I would like for students to write out their comments without having to scroll past all the comments that have already been approved and posted. Anyway to move that box to appear above the posted comments?

  There is no way to move any element of any theme from one position to another without purchasing purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
