Position of new posts
-
Not new to blogging, but new to wordpress as of today. Made two posts, and the second, more recent post is for some reason coming up at the bottom of the page, with my first post, made earlier today, still at the top of the blog.
I can’t seem to find a setting within the options to prioritize posts by time, making sure that if multiple posts go up on the same day that the most recent one goes to the top. Any ideas?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We need a link to the blog please. Always provide a link to the blog please when asking questions in the forums so that we can take a look.

It could be, but the OP might have several blogs. We always like to make sure.
@emittime, first go to settings > general and make sure the time offset from GMT/UTC is set correctly for your timezone.
Second, go to posts > edit and hover your mouse over the date fore each post in the date column and after a couple seconds it will show the date and time it was published. I think you will find that the published time for the top post is later than the first. You can change that if you wish by opening the post in the editor, clicking on the edit link after “published on” in the publish section and you can adjust the time there. Click OK and then click the “update post” button.

Sorry for not including the link…the support post dialogue had it auto filled-in, didn’t realize it wouldn’t post with the text.
And yeah, thesacredpath, thank you, that fixed it. I think I made the first post before updating the UTC setting, and it was showing as having posted hours after the second one, though the situation was the reverse.
All solved, thanks a bunch.
