position of tags

  using rubric I would like to have my tags not above the post but under it. how can I do that?

  You cannot “move” tags on any theme without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing. Have you purchased that upgrade?

  thanks for reply. no, I haven’t purchased that upgrade. I wonder whether I understand it … Do I have to develop enormous formula’s to get things changed? If so, then I leave things as they are.
