Hello there,
You can still share it but only staff will be able to look into the issue you are having. I will tag them on this thread.
About dragging and dropping of blocks you can move them from point A to B but the dragging part does not change the alignment.
The layout of your content is determined by the theme you chose and if there are no options to change that in the block editor you can control the alignment with custom CSS if you purchased a plan that offers that.
Some themes will offer you page layouts and template that allows content to be presented a certain way. Some blocks allow you to align center or right or left, sometimes full width depending on the type of block but when you initially place the block it will be in the center of the editor.
I’m also tagging the thread for staff, please feel free to respond and share your site URL.

Can you provide some more details on exactly what you’re trying to do?
Blocks going to the middle is expected. If you want to have blocks side by side, you need to use the Columns or Grid Layout block to define multiple columns first, and then add your content blocks inside the columns:
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/columns-block/
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/layout-grid-block/
Then there’s also the media and text block, if you want a picture, with some text next to it:
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/media-text-block/
Lastly you can add images “inline” and have text wrap around them by inserting an image block normally. Then set the block alignment to either left or right, and resize the image so it’s less than 70% the width of the page. Then any text following the image will automatically shift up to fill the space next to the image.
