Position of widgets icons premium account?

  Hello!

  I’m completely new in blogging and know nothing in html, but I’m willing to buy the premium account to do same changes in my blog. I use the theme cubic and I would like to put the links for instagram/flickr (that are located in the end of the page now) just beside the menu in the top of the page. Also, as a travel blog, I also would like to include one little icon for “where i am”. Is posible to do these changes? Do you think I would be able to do that knowing nothing about it?
