Positioning of Images in Footer widget and cropped images in slider

    Hey guys and girls,

    I am having trouble positioning the images on the footer of my web page. I want them to appear one-on-top-of-the-other instead of side-by-side. Can anybody assist me with this?
    Its just 2 images, each on a separate widget (by the way, is there a way I can put 2 images on a single widget? Maybe that might help solve the problem).

    The other issue I am having is with the positioning of images in the home page slider. They seem to be getting cut off. I need a way to stop this from happening without affecting the overall appearance of the page. I have tried cropping the pictures but they seem to cut off at different points when I do this. Is there a way of just making them perfectly fit or changing the dimensions of the slider to fit the pictures without having to code anything?
