positioning of the images with z-index -1

  Hi,

  I have a small problem. I am not able to push images behind the text that is running over the website. I am giving it z-index -2 but it doesn’t seem to work. Here is a website

  As you can see the text is going beyond the images. I have made a very similar effect on the other wordpress website and here it works perfectly. Have a look

  Can anybody tell me how to fix this? What to do if z-index doesn’t work? Maybe sth else is wrong and it just doesn’t want to read this z-index.

  Your site is hosted somewhere besides with WordPress.com. You are paying someone to host your site. Our wp.COM platform is very different so our answers here will not apply to your situation.
