Possibility temporarily downgrading from Business to Personal plan

    Hi there! For a small and very seasonal business, I was wondering if I could somehow pause/ downgrade my (Business) membership temporarily for 6 months, while regaining all functionalities once I resume/ upgrade again (so without having to set it all up again).

    Hello!

    The Business plan is the entry point for several popular customization features, including adding plugins and code, and support for child themes. If you are taking advantage of any of those capabilities now, it would go away with a change to the Personal plan.

    Hi @bikebeyondberlin — @drizzleblocks’s answer is excellent. I did notice however that this account does not have any upgrades. Did you have a different account with a business plan, and are you able to log in with that?

    Once you do, you can access support over chat.
