Possible Blask Theme Bugs
-
I have not changed any settings that I am aware of.
joycelindemulder.caTwo things.
One:
Last week I noticed that in the right column where the date, category, and tags are located – that the first few lines of that text are indented to the right. I thought this might rectify itself, but it hasn’t.Two:
Today when I made a post with a title, the title does not show up, when published. Then I checked and none of the other titles are showing up either. None at all.Is this a new problem with the theme? Or something else?

Hi there!
Last week I noticed that in the right column where the date, category, and tags are located – that the first few lines of that text are indented to the right.
Hm, that’s odd, I can’t reproduce this on my test site. I wonder if this would change if you temporarily activated another theme and then go back to Blask. Would you be willing to try that?
Today when I made a post with a title, the title does not show up, when published.
The title is there, it’s just white and so you can’t see it. We have made some changes as to what colors you can change on your site and this is a side effect of that.
Please go to My Site>Design>Customize>Colors&Backgrounds and click on Palettes. You will see some colorful circles there. Clicking on each will tell you what color is it responsible for. You can there change the color of the desired elements.
Make sure to click onSave Changeswhen you’re done.I hope that helps :)
Also, remember that with your plan you can access support directly via https://wordpress.com/help/contact.

@lindemulder, staff-mckluskey,

Hi folks. Those lines actually aren’t indented. The issue is an incompatible font color combination. Specifically, the font color of the words “Posted on” (date), “Posted in” (category), and “Tagged” (tags) is too light to be seen against the white background.

Thanks for your help, staff-mckluskey and @musicdoc1.
It appears to me that both of the things I pointed out are a result of this change to what colours can be changed.
I would gladly go ahead and make those selections, but trying it results in a message of “Unable to save due to 1 invalid setting.”
I will access support directly.
