Why when I have not created any tags, I find some at the bottom of the pages of my site ???

I don’t see any tags at the base of your front page, if I check as a visitor! I’m unfortunately unable to check any more details about what tags might have visible when you posted, as it isn’t hosted in our system here on WordPress.com. However if you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan!
