Possible cancel of our subscription

    Hello — This was auto-renewed and I am not sure if it’s being used on our current site. It was deployed on our old WP site which we replaced in April 2022. The person who subscribed to this is no longer with the company. She has been gone since August 2021. I only became aware of this after seeing the credit card charge. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) or [redacted] to discuss. I am not sure if this is a necessary item at this point on our new site.

    Hi there Jill,

    What is the URL of the old site? If you own the upgrade, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchased the upgrade to cancel the subscription.
