Possible loss of comments

    A number of my contributors have said that a number of their comments have gone missing from some of the posts. I do a fairly regular clean up, since I do get a lot of comments, but I don’t generally clean up today’s or yesterday’s comments.

    WordPress did seem very slow this morning. Is there any way that comments might be present on some servers, but not on others?

    If it helps, all comments posted between 9.00am and 10:20am GMT have disappeared.
